• Helped to create the Retail Training Program, PEAK, geared towards small business owners and their staff in the areas of Service, Sales and Management. Once created, delivered the PEAK program to clients which included UBC support staff, Cobbs Breads and Plenty Clothing.

• Forged technological trends by implementing a multi channel Point of Sale (POS) system bridging social media and websites.
